By accessing or using Bavox AI’s platform, including our AI-powered contact center solutions for trusted calls, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses in banking, healthcare, retail, and telecommunications.
Bavox AI provides cloud-based contact center solutions to improve call answer rates, reduce costs, and enhance customer engagement. Services include call verification, analytics, and integrations with CRMs. We may update or modify services at our discretion to improve functionality.
You agree to:
Use services in compliance with laws, including TCPA for calls and HIPAA for healthcare data.
Provide accurate account information and maintain security of login credentials.
Not misuse services (e.g., sending spam or fraudulent calls).
Notify us of unauthorized use or breaches promptly.
You agree to pay fees as outlined in your pricing plan. Payments are due monthly or annually, as agreed. Late payments may incur fees or service suspension. We may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.
We collect and process data per our Privacy Policy (https://www.bavoxai.com/privacy). You grant us permission to process call data (e.g., Caller ID, analytics) to provide services.
Bavox AI owns all rights to our platform, including software, algorithms, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our services without permission. You retain ownership of your data uploaded to the platform.
You may terminate your account with 30 days’ notice. We may terminate or suspend services for non-payment, misuse, or legal violations. Upon termination, you must cease using our platform, and we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
Bavox AI is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or data, arising from service use. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
You agree to indemnify Bavox AI against claims arising from your misuse of services, including violations of TCPA or sending fraudulent calls. We may defend against claims related to our platform at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts. You agree to submit to this jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice via email or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page regularly for updates.
